A developer or land owner can develop a land into a retail platform, based on eLiquor profile criteria. The developed premises can be rented out as a unit to eLiquor, who then sublets developed outlets to approved franchisees, or the landlord / premises owner can enter into an agreement to sublet to individual tenants, which is subject to approval by eLiquor. Only “e” Combo retailers will be approved to enter into agreements on same premises as eLiquor. The landlord agrees not to sublet, or rent out any part of development to any external company and or company NOT approved byeLiquor. All profiles must be available on all developments as follows: eStore24, eLiquor, eMeat&More, eFruit&Veg, eTakeAway, and eCarWash.
